Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

As Ippai Lemon Sour contains alcohol, recipients must be of legal drinking age in their country or region. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via DHL, UPS, Japan Post, or Österreichische Post.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees that are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
Ippai Beverage GmbH is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging and handling our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@lemonsour.com with photos of the packaging and items.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Please note that Ippai Beverage GmbH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products.
